Awful, scam of a company! Don't use!!!

Terrible company!! Have no idea how they are still up and operating! Ordered bulk items, 16 replacement toothbrush heads for electric toothbrush (toothbrush NOT purchased from dotzilla) None work!! They ALL broke after 5 or 6 uses each, metal spindle pops off! Emailed the company, they were a foreign company, sloppy response. Didn't address my issue or offer any assistance. Brushed me off and pretty much said too bad, no refunds. Signed "the dotzilla team" I was furious and responded that the email was unprofessional, did not address the issue that the items were DEFECTIVE, and I asked for a name and contact for the person who wrote email or someone I could respond to, not the "dotzilla team" . Exact same email response... too bad, no refunds, signed the dotzilla team! Do not waste your time or money on this garbage company!!!!
