fraudulent seller
I purchased an iPhone battery case from them but received nothing in two months. Tried to contact them but just found that they don't have any customer support service. this company seems to be a scam... beware and better avoid shopping with them!

I purchased 16 Electric Toothbrush Heads in Sep2013 and still have not received anything yet. Customer support does not respond anything and voucher I purchased Living Social does not help anything. No idea what to do

I purchased a Moolala voucher for LED lights from Dotzila. Was unable to use the voucher. Dotzila's customer service number DOES NOT WORK. Also, Moolala has been non responsive to give me a refund. Both these companies are frauds!

Ordered from a Living Social voucher. I was charged shipping, but never received product. There is no customer service number and they do not have a listed phone number I can find. I sent Living Social a request for refund (NOT deal bucks) but I am afraid that I will not get my shipping costs refunded. Totally bogus company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered a phone charger through Living Social which supplies the voucher from Dotzila. It takes 4 weeks for Dotzila to ship. While the item was still in process I asked them to change the address because the company I worked for closed its doors and shut down without warning. They took 4 days to response back to asks me for the correct address and to say that it could be changed if it is in process. In the same email they said that it can't be done if it is in the warehouse to be shipped. I hear nothing for 5 more days when I get an email that said the address was not changed and the product was shipped.
Living Social has a refund policy of 7 days. I had no idea how shady both companies were and I will make sure to NEVER EVER buy anything from Living Social because they back fraudulent companies like Dotzila.

Asked for an RMA number and they won't issue me one!
The day I received Dotzila's items was the day I emailed them that I wanted to request an RMA number and they replied with I should try the product again and if possible send in a picture of the broken product. Neither product is physically broken but the adapter for my iphone 5s charger isn't compatible and will not charge my iphone! I was told to try it on an iphone 4 then!?!?! you have to be kidding me right? The iphone 4 has a completely different charger than the adapter was made for specifically for the iphone 5s! This company doesn't know what they are doing or talking about and still I am given the run around. They told me the iphone waterproof case will work just try it and see! I'm sorry but I am not about the take apart a product to use with my iphone 5s only to find out that any opened package is not returnable or that the product does in fact leak and I'm out an $800 product as opposed to a $10 product. The water proof case doesn't look too promising and I decided to just return everything. They are now ignoring my request for a full refund and not giving me an RMA number just to return their cheaply made product. THis company have crooks working for it. I want my money back. Oh and it will probably be less the restocking fees too so I don't understand why they won't jump on that plus be able to resell their products to make their money back. Could it be that they already know their items they sell just don't work and won't be selling but just keep getting returned? If so, then no wonder why they won't let me return their items i bought through Living Social. Shame on Dotzila and Shame on Living Social for sponsoring them!

Dotzila is NOT a good company
I ordered the blue tooth shower speaker 3 weeks ago from Dotzila (through a coupon on LivingSocial). Dotzila's website says they ship within 48 hours. 3 weeks later, it says my order is still "processing", although my card was charged the same day I placed the order.... I have emailed them several times and have gotten no response from this company. They don't even have a customer service phone # to call into. This company is BS, and I would NEVER recommend buying from them.

SCAM!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!
This website is a total scam!! I ordered my product and it said it would ship within 2 weeks. More than a month went by and I never even got a shipping confirmation. I emailed the company...2 weeks went by and I never got a response (which was supposed to come within 24 hours). I emailed again...nothing. I finally started sending 20 emails a day, threatening to get my attorney involved and having there stupid fake website shut down if I didn't get a refund. Then they quickly emailed me a shipping confirmation and an apology saying that it was because they had been super busy. It was all a bunch of BS. Not to mention, I didn't even want the phony phony product anymore, I wanted a refund. They should have sent me the product and given me a refund. This is such a fake, lousy, scam of a company. Would not recommend it to my worst enemy! Such a NIGHTMARE dealing with these idiots! STAY AWAY!
