don't hurry to pay them!
We received this letter and it stated that a payment of $65.00 should be sent to their account. However! When we read till the bottom, in small print it was said that we are not suppose to follow the above mentioned statement. So if we’d send them the money, it would have been our own choice!
BEWARE!!!

scam, fake invoice, no order sent
Avoid business with this company! I placed an order on their website and I received n invoice number but I never received by order. I contacted them and asked about my purchase and when I gave them my invoice number they said that it is fake and refused me in any help. This company just scammed me out of money - I guess this is a kind of their tactics. Beware and better avoid their services!

fake bills
I received a fake bill from this company for the services I never used. Claimed for a refund but I never received a reply from this company. They are scammers and crooks and don't want to be responsible of what they are doing! beware!

Scam, beware
I own a small company, and recently I received a bill. I did not recognize the company, so I did not remember if I ever had to deal with them. Right at the bottom of the bill it was stated that it is a solicitation, so I decide myself if I want to pay this or not. This sentence is in really small print.

solicitation letter
While we were trying to contact the company to find out about the charge that we received by mail, we saw that it was mentioned that it is a solicitation. So basically it is an add. We never had to pay for anything, and thank goodness we did not do it right away.

What's the deal?
This company DNS Services are sending out letter of notifications, that each must pay out the charge that is shown in the bill. But when you try to contact them – their representative answers and outs you on hold forever.
What do they want? Because I have no idea.

No contact info
We did not sign up for services of this company. Obviously, they are trying to scam us.
We have received a bill for $65.00 without any explanation. There are not contact details as well.
If anyone can help and provide information about this company – let us know.

DNS Services sends a fake bill
Beware of this company, they are sending a fake bill which looks extremely real! The phone number in the bill actually is an answering machine saying "all our operators are busy at this time"! It's a scam and a fraud since the answering machine actually even asks you to give them your account number! Beware!

False bills!
Do not be fooled by these letters! I have received one too, but I have already knew about such scams and did not follow it!
They make it look like it is a bill, and you might thing that you have to pay it at once. However, don’t hurry! If you will read it carefully, you will see in small print that it is actually a solicitation!

fraudulent bills
I was fraudulently overbilled by this company without any notice. They charged me twice more for their domain services and refused in a refund. Moreover, they don't have any customer support service! I will never use their services again and will never recommend them to anyone!

Pure fraudulence, worst repair service ever!
DNS Services is a computer repair company which must be avoided at all costs! I send them my laptop for a repair and I just wasted my money because when I received it back I found that problems were never fixed! I tried to contact them but they just acted like they have no idea what I was talking about.
