Rip Off
Debralyn Bourassa advertises she sells TEACUP Chihuahuas. She sells them for thousands of dollars. I bought a puppy from her and was told it would be between 2.8 and 3 pounds full grown. Debra, beware of her fast talking tongue, took my money with no problem, but when I took the pup to the vet office she was already almost 3 pounds and was only 3 1/2 months old. Debra would no longer answer my calls. BUYER BEWARE! Please read all the other complaints on her. She changes the name of the website often. Munchkin Chihuahuas is another name.

Criminals!!!!! STOLE OUR $5000.00 no dog
Debra Bourassa said she would be full grown 2 ish! the dog she said is $6000.00. She would let me have her if I get the money in 24 hrs for $5000.00. So I hurried and got her that money right away. She said In 7 days must have the other $2500.00 so I did that.
She would call and talk to me as if she wanted a friend. Talked with her about my daughters death... My husbands work....she just sucked me in ! Asked her for videos of the dog and she always had a reason not to. She was sick and would later, she sent me a pick of a kitty instead....asked again she said she would later she was at the dr. Just more excuses then I got a pic of her at the dr. Office........of her private area !!!!!! Gross me out......major.....vomit vomit .......my husband demanded a video of the dog she said she was shipping her out now and I could see her once I got her. No we will not accept that .....she sent a video the next couple of days and the dog was bigger than my 10 yr.old chihuahua already...we said no way .....exchange for a dog we agreed upon. She said she would call my husband goverment job and tell them he was a drug addict and criminal and he should not work in gov. Job!!! And no he is not either!!!!!!! She said she would make it hell for my husband if we tried to get our money back......she is a criminal!!!!.....her daughter and son in law and her she told me they live on ssi and other means so she is saying she scams gov. For ssi and ssdi......sells poor dogs at thousands of dollars, .....and she sells many many many so she makes thousands of dollars....does not pay taxes on these either ..This has been a huge huge huge sorrow in my life... That 5000.00 was from my daughters death money that I saved all these years to get the dog I needed!!!!! ..she has raised he'll for us just trying to get our money back legally !!!!!! She knows the law and how to manipulated it to her advantage. My husband drove out of state to get the money from her and found her address is much different than what she said...she lives at ......1297 LOUMENA CRT. MANTECA CALF. 95336
Her son in law pointed a gun in his face.......he left......that was just today..... The law there said it is criminal but there hands are tied???? SHE IS INSANE AND ....OH YES SHE DID CONFIDE IN ME SHE AND HER SON IN LAW ARE ADDICTS TO A DRUG HYDROCODONE...DONT KNOW IF I AM SPELLING THIS RIGHT....SHE IS A CRIMINAL. SOMEONE NEEDS TO SHUT HER DOWN.......SHE IS A PUPPY MILL AND HAS OTHER HOUSES FULL OF DOGS THE NEIGHBORS SAID...
