poor service without an emprovement

This company is not recommended to anyone! I made a deal with them and I paid for high quality service but received horrible service with lots of troubleshoots. Tried to contact their support service many times but each time I was ignored and nothing was improved. Moreover, they tried to overcharge me on early cancellation. This company must be avoided, be careful and don't make the same mistake!

After my receiver was stolen, and used at another house, the company did not help me at all, and won’t do anything about their stolen device!

Bill increase without warning.

I originally switched over to DISH, be DIRECTTV was costing me 84$ a month. DISH was cheaper, money is TIGHT. I finally broke down and bought HD TV last month. When I switched over to a HD receiver, I was aware of a ONE TIME charge and ( I hated this part) ANOTHER 2 YEAR CONTRACT! I am now finding out , AFTER THE FACT, that my monthly bill is going UP to 84$. I was NOT informed my monthly bill would rise that much. This is a RIPOFF. This is dis-honest! Unfortunately, We are all at the mercy of DISH and DIRECT and any other cable companies and you all take full advantage of that! SHAME ON YOU ALL!

billing and the way I have been treated and unable to speak to sup. and/or mangers

I would like to be able to talk to you on the phone, I have type and type until my poker finger is poke out. I'm not mad and will not lose my temper with you or anything like that it just is that I'm up set about the way I'm getting talk to from some people at dish and handle by others and it would really help for you to understand and be able to help me and anyone else that may ever have this problem, but I really believe that this is something that has it's own place and probably has never came up before. So please just let me have a number so that I can reach you or I can even give you a number that you can call me on at 11:00 am if you have time and can. There is just way to much for me to say and to have you understand by typing because their are question that need to be answer as they are ask to have you understand what has gone on. I can let all the people that talk to me bad and let me on hold for half to three quarter of and hour waiting on a supervisor then just hanging up on me, An the times I ask to talk to someone higher up so we can get this fixed like a supervisor that was not connect to one pass. Just if you would be so kind to talk with me I sure we can straiten this out in just a few minutes and you will see what I have been trying to get done for about a month now yes I said a month I have been working on getting this straiten out and if someone would of just let me have a number to someone that is in Alt. Ga. where the problem all got started at. One more thing I have all the prof that Dish network has drop the ball on this one and a lot of the regular people and some supervisor I talk to said I was right and that there is something I should be able to do but they could not help me like the first person I talk to sent me to someone else was just another regular person and not a supervisor and I know this happens because some if not all have supervisor that tell them that they are not to send them any callers and if they do they will get a bad write up or fired and you know that people can not afford to lose their jobs in today's times so they just send it to someone else that is their friend to just say the same thing they did. Well hope to here from you but I'm still going to be trying to get a hold of someone till I here from you or someone who cares enough to listen and see that I'm not just BS and I am right about this one maybe this is the first time but I'm right about this.
