ripped off

I just realized that Derma Juvenate took over $100 from my credit card; however, when I ordered the "free trial" it said that the shipping would cost $5.00. I live in NORTHERN Canada, so by the time it left the States and got to my home, my "trial period" of 14 days, was almost over. I just called and cancelled my subscription, which I didn't know I had, in order to not recieve any more of a crappy product for $100. I am really broke right now and this has not helped at all. I have learned my lesson loud and clear. I get it, I didn't read the fine print and this company is smart enough to have everything in place to make you think you're getting a "trial" of a great product. Well, if the product is so great, then why do they have to steal from people to get money for it?

unauthorized payments

I oredered a sample of the Derma Juvenate and the Rejuven Eyemax for $5 each. Now every month(2) since then $100 for each product is being taken from my card without my authorization. I've tried contacting the company, but cannot get through to anyone. This free trial thing is all A SCAM to get access to people's credit account. NO ONE SHOULD GIVE THEIR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO THESE PEOPLE. The product isn't worth it!

Why this company do that !!!

I realy need help, this compagny fraud me !!! I want to get back my money, they have taken it without my permission! I did not allow them to take $180.00 for shipping costs, which were suppose to be only $5.00, because the product itself was for free! They used my cc info and ripped me off!

More than that, today I receive a Call from them, they call me back to add post fees and when I talk about the repayments of 180.00 $ they close the line !
