After winning the auction the shipping price went from $725 to $1800

I won an auction for a car at ebay and was quoted the shipping would cost around $725 before I placed the winning bid. However, when I tried to book the shipping after winning this auction Dependable Auto Shippers said they would charge me $1,8K for the same shipping. They refused to ship for a different price even though I had the written quote! Avoid these crooks!
