I'm afraid they are a scam

I needed a denture repair since my denture cracked. I could not afford to fix it at the dentist's, but I came across Dentures Online. Ordering dentures from this site would cost me 10 times cheaper than at the dentist's. I paid Dentures Online $495 plus the shipping fee straight ahead and sent them the imprints. In 5-7 weeks I was supposed to have my denture. Two months have past now, I have called Dentures Online multiple times asking about updates and nothing. I am worried never to receive the denture.

Dentures Online is a SCAM!

I ordered from them in early September and I'm still waiting. I also was told complete process was 5-7 weeks. It's now going on 12 weeks and I've only had one fitting so far. It took them 6 weeks to make the first wax fit. They did not contact me to tell me about the delay. They never contacted me without my having to contact them first, and each time I was told that the order was in process. It wasn't until later that I learned that the impressions sat at the lab the entire time untouched. They did not process it until I asked for a refund. They are refusing a refund, they have not processed my second fit yet (I was told it would be delivered on November 29, it wasn't), they banned me from commenting on their Facebook page because I left a bad review. I have a report filed with the Better Business Bureau which has gotten me nowhere because the company lies to the BBB also. Thankfully I have everything in writing and can prove that they lied to me.

Poor customer service

Dentures online does not respond to customer questions, emails or phone messages. Wonderful at getting the money from you up front, but they will do nothing to resolve your issues after that. If you're lucky enough to get the dentures you will realize very quickly they are of inferior quality. Do not waste your time or money on this company. I will never buy again. I called this company for three weeks and selected option two every time, not once did I speak with a real person and not once did they call me back. After holding for 30 seconds a recording will tell you to leave a message. Before you make that final decision to buy, call the number and select option two, customer service, if they answer....you should buy....if you get a recording every time......you know there is no customer service. They ignore emails and their live chat on the web page is turned off.

Dentures Online

I purchased a complete set of dentures back in October 2013 and it's been over 5 months and I have not received my dentures yet. After some but very little communication with them because they won't answer email and won't answer their phones, I have not received any correspondence from them since February and it is now the end of March. I am convinced that they are a scam. I have filed a report with the BBB in CO and also the Consumer Protection Branch of the CO Attorney General but they need a certain number of complaints before getting involved. Please, if you have been scammed by this company, file a report with the Attorney Generals Office, Consumer Complaints and maybe we can get our money back!

Paid for dentures in April 2013. After months of frustration because they just couldn't seem to "get it", I requested a refund. I was told to return the try-ins and they would then issue a refund. That was the first week of December. I have sent letters, e-mails and made numerous phone calls and nothing. They don't answer the phone or respond to anything. I did some people searching and found the name of a person associated with denturesonline.com and called him. Said he was sorry for the inconvenience and would take care of refunding my $1,090. Right. That was the first part of March and now he does not answer the phone or my e-mails.

I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General of Colorado, the Colorado State Dental Board, the Federal Trade Commission and the AARP Foundation - elder watch - none of which can seem to do anything for those of us that have been scammed by this company.
