False Advertising + Worst Customer Service

My friends and I originally ordered Halloween costumes on DealTicker.

The original deal expires on Sept 14, so most of the orders were placed prior to the 14th as we wanted to make the deadline. On the website, it stated that products will ship as soon as the deal expires. We purchased these because we wanted these to arrive by Oct 14 so we have time for alterations.

On Sept 14, the deal was extended for 4 more days, which really upset those of us who already purchased, as this would mean that our shipping has been further delayed, but since it was only 4 more days, we were not too concerned. Those who did not purchase in the initial round, all made the purchases before this expiration date.

Then we realized this deal just kept 'extending'. On Oct 1st, when I revisited the site, I learned that the deal now expires on Oct 3rd, which made me wonder when my costume would EVER ship? I inquired about this on their online bulletin since the deal was still live, a representative responded that those who purchase in the initial round would not have to wait until the deal ends as they would ship as soon as products arrive. I inquired further about the status of each order #, and that representative told me I have to email customer service.

I waited 7 days, to finally get a response from customer service, which stated that the orders will ship AFTER the final expiration date. At that point, I realized I've been lied to. DealTicker simply responded that on the bulletin in hopes of pleasing me so that they can make more sales. Frustrated, I called CS again today and got the same response. They wouldn't even check the status of each order for me, and refused to give me a refund, even though I have no idea where my order is at this point.

I advise you, do NOT order from DealTicker. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and are irresponsible merchants.

Scam Dealticker

Brought a coupon from dealticker for $35. Not able to schedule any appointments for a few months. Coupon is now expired - not able to schedule appointments. TWC Image Hair spa not able to provide any goods/services/products. Dealticker not willing to provide refund. $35 paid and got nothing in return. SCAM. Reported to ministry of consumer service and BBB. Please be very careful.

Dealticker

Dealticker has the worst customer service going - I will never order anything from them again. I ordered a "TRX-Suspension workout system" on 6/6/2013 and Ray Ban sunglasses on 06/22/2013. On 08/15/2013 I called Dealticker after a few emails as well, and was told that these items would not be available. No notification from Dealticker about this of course. I just called today -09/23/2013 and no credit has been issued as yet! They still have my $130 after they told me that I would be receiving a credit over a month ago. The agent said that the other agent had not put anything in for a credit whatsoever!
DO NOT ORDER FROM DEALTICKER!!

Never received what I ordered

I ordered 7 Free Mystery Gift Bundle with a Chance To Receive An iPhone 5, Samsung Galaxy Note 2, PS3, XBox 360, 60'' LED SMART TV, Trip to Vegas + Much More!

The cost was $0.00 but they charged $9.99 per item for shipping.

It is March 27th , 2014 and I have never received any of my 7 items.

I have paid for the shiiping $69.65.

I have called numerous times to speak to a Manager and am always told that I can not speak to one. I can only email them.

Fine. I emailed them. 9 times and still NOTHING !!!

I finally got this as an email on Oct 28th, 2013

THE WORST COMPANY EVER. I WILL NEVER DO BUDINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO DO THE SAME.

Dealticker has stolen $69.65 from me, and I can not get it back.

Who do I call next the police?

Terrible Order Fulfillment and Nonexistent Customer Service

I ordered 2 items from the website on February 21, 2014 and did not receive either item. I have sent numerous emails to dealticker: (3) to [email protected], (2) to [email protected], and (1) to [email protected] inquiring about the status of my order and none of the email addresses have responded toany of my questions. I finally found a toll free phone number for the company on the FB page. So I called it, but it's a general recording that just says to send an email to [email protected]... Do not buy anything from this website!!! The company is not responsive AT ALL. At this point, I've lost over $50 and am not sure what other route to take. It's been 60 days since my purchase so unfortunately, I can't even raise a dispute with Paypal since even Paypal only has a 45 day period where you can open a dispute. That's what I get for trying to give this company the benefit of a doubt.

Order not filled

This company is a big a fraud as I have ever seen. Am with a charity and ordered some items for a silent auction on March 30. Items were order towards the end of February giving any normal company lots of time to ship. They promised delivery when the item went off sale well it appears they leave the items on sale for months and months on end waiting for people to buy and send them money. Its too bad we cant find out who the manufacturer is and contact them. This company (outfit) should not even be allowed on internet...they keep ripping people off someone is making a lot of money...

Orders not received**RIPOFF**!!

Am still waiting for orders placed Jan 20,Feb 9+23,,after numerous emails,waiting 3 business days for replies which say merchant will send Shortly,tracking #s Shortly,will receive products Shortly,I've given up,Its been over 4 months since first order.Have asked them to call me direct but get no calls,+ usually no reply**have contacted my credit card company-to cancel orders,refund my C/C,but they say that can take abit of time-as they have to contact Dealticker+wait for reply..LOL--good luck with that??!!
