Not received goods

I agree with Chris. I purchased three items which stated were sent over 3 weeks ago. Haven't recieved one of them yet. Christmas will be here soon. Very unreliable on delivery, but real efficient with purchasing more bids to get nothing.

not receive my product

Don't be too excited about winning. I was an optimist when I started playing, and dealfun has sure changed my attitude. After 7 weeks, and A LOT of money, I finally have received a few of my items. When I started at thanksgiving time I thought it would be a fun way to buy Christmas presents for my kids. Needless to say, by the time Christmas came around I still hadn't received the items. I contacted customer service and then ended up having to by all new Christmas presents. I have had nothing but problems with them, and now customer service does not even acknowledge my emails. Finally, 7 weeks after starting dealfun, I have just started to receive a few of the items. Now I'm even more upset than when I hadn't received them. The items are total trash. A couple of the items I could have gotten a better quality if I had gone to the dollar store and purchased them. Unfortunately I still have quite a few bids to use up (I didn't learn my lesson very quickly!), but at least I know what to expect now~~~~JUNK!

Items never delivered

I am having the same problem. My 7" Android Tablet was purchased on Nov 23, 2011. They have told me two times they were reshipping it. Now they tell me they are researching the problem. Very slow responses to emails (2 or 3 days).

Not received goods

I agree I won a quad band phone early december never arrived have contacted them many time still no phone it has got to the stage they do not answer my mails any more the tracking code for this item from the shipper does not register failed code is all I get and they also do not answer mails now looking at legal advice as the union lawyers say they will advertise in the union magazine here in Australia and affiliate unions in USA to find out if other members are having the same problem have never dealt with a company like this in my life

not receive my product

I spend v$69.00 on the bidding and I won but they did not deliver my item that I won. They deduct to my account the said amount very rapidly and the price of the item that I ordered but no delivery happened. They only make MONEY. I WANT THEM TO RETURN MONE BUT THEY DON'T REPLY.WHAT A HELL IS THAT.

Not A Legitimate Online Auction Forum

hi adam,
"I would like to emphasize that we run our company with utmost integrity and honesty". what a load of shit!!! i have been having trouble with dealfun for at least 2 mths now, & it seems my emails to your so called honest company have been falling on deaf ears in your support centre. you say that, Customer satisfaction is our main goal, and we go the extra mile to ensure our customers are happy. why is it that i have written several emails to your support centre voicing my problems & all i receive is the standard email saying:
Dear kenny81,

Your request (#*%#(&^) has been received, and is being reviewed by our support staff. We do our best to answer all emails within one hour but due to the excitement and current higher volumes, it may take us a little longer and we greatly appreciate your patience while we get back to you. & yet i have not heard anything back from you's!!!

here are some of the emails i have sent with no reply from your company

To whom it may concern,
Im writing to let you know that im very disappointed in the service that i am getting from your company. So far it looks to me that the "dealfun promise" is nothing but words, i've been having problems with my account for sometime now & am very dissatisfied with your service. If the problems can not be resolved can you please just refund my money & i will go else where.
THE PROBLEMS I HAVE HAD: 1, didnt receive the items i won. 2, when money was transferred back to my account, it was less then what i paid & i didnt get reimbursed the conversion fee from USD to AUD. (bank statement can be supplied if needed). 3, every time i bid on a product it didnt work & went straight back to the dealfun home page. 4, dealfun spin wheel, hasnt worked for some time now. 5, all my bids disappeared out of my account, without being online to use them

you tell me where you can see any professional manner from your company? i have had enough of your company & would like a refund of my money! your company hasn't lived up to your promise & has had nothing but trouble ever since i started! its been over a month now that your spin wheel has worked. your "live chat" no longer exists so you cant get hold of support while your online!

please get back to me, i would like to hear what you think about this
