unauthorized visa charge
Just wanted to add that I also found dealfind removing comments thats not in the interest of the deal. Someone listed a link that had reviews posted for the carpet cleaning company that had the deals. They were simply asking what would happen if they experience the same problems. Rather than responding to that question, dealfind simply removed the comments! Mine was along the same lines and it was also removed!
Also, I purchased a SD card voucher and tried to redeem it, but the website stopped worked altogether. Then I got an email stating that I should try a different website. So I used that site to buy the card through the voucher. Then I got an email that somehow the company sent the wrong card and that I have to mail them back the wrong card and then they will send me the right one. Its been over a month and I still have not recieved any card at all in mail from them! Its very concerning to see these sort of companies conducting business this way in Canada!

Dealfind cons small business owners into deals that can only lead to bankruptcy and the small business takes all the risks pays all the visa/mastercard charges loses customers is blackballed Deal find misrepresents the business they are representing selling vouchers anywhere and the business has no hope of fulfilling the obligations of the voucher impossible to do so everyone starts cancelling then dealfind doesn't even pay you the money they owe you and you are out of pocket for all expenses and in no way do they help you with the circulation handling the customers anything just take 50% and all charges for visa/mastercard it's an impossible situation and should not be allowed to happen

Dealfind is a scam. I bought two vouches for a value of 200$ and have called and called the vendor with no one returning my call. They do business with very Unscrupulous businesses that take your money and run. Do not buy from them you are just throwing your money away. It is not a good deal when you pay for something and get nothing.

Not credible!
I 100% agree with the complaints listed above. I purchased 3 vouchers for the same company over a year and a half ago, and when I went to book my first service appointment, the company had disconnected their phones and did not respond to internet or email inquiries. Because it had been over 30 days since purchase (not by choice, as the company had sold almost 1000 vouchers and I couldn't get a hold of them until then) I only got credit which I have unsuccessfully been trying to use since over a year ago. I used my credit 7 months ago on another similar service deal and again, the company emailed me state that they sold too many vouchers and were no longer honouring them. I tried to just get my money back but Dealfind wouldn't budge, and only would keep the credit.
I too have continued to follow deals in hopes of not having my $120 go to waste, but every time I ask questions in the comment section asking about a company's ability to honour their deals, my comments get deleted immediately.
Dealfind only cares about getting as much profit as possible and doesn't care about actually putting out a credible service. It's a complete SCAM! If I ever get my credit redeemed (maybe I will have more luck with the product deals, rather than services) I will never use this website again!
