Product not received and refund runaround
Order #121126-648307-001
I originally purchased this item (7" ICOO D50 4GB Android Tablet in November 2012, and as of today (4 months later) I still have not received my product. I initially purchased this as a Christmas gift and as you can assume, I no longer need it or want it. I have emailed your support team numerous times, at least 15 emails have been interchanged, to no avail. I keep getting the same response:
"Thank you for your patience.
The orders were not able to be fulfilled by the original supplier but another supplier has now fulfilled the orders for us and the order(s) have been shipped out to all customers. They will arrive soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding."
I do believe I have been patient and understanding, yet I am a very upset customer and feel like you are giving me the run around over and over again. I kindly request the FULL REFUND. Thank you.

Ordered hotel stay on March 15. It was stipulated in the voucher to go to a specific website to book reservation. Prior to buying voucher, I checked regular hotel reservations and the date I wanted was available - and it was NOT one of the blocked dates! I bought the voucher, tried for days to access the special online reservation website. Everytime I tried it kept saying it wasn't operational. I finally caved and decided to pay the extra $5 to CALL IN the reservation only to be told it was all booked. I sent a request for refund/complaint to Dealfind on March 19. Got the response email stating someone would reply within 4 business days. On the 5th business day (March 26) I resubmitted the complaint (as the website was STILL down), and still no response from the 1st submission. I have been trying that 'special' website address everyday since March 15, and everyday is has been down. I went back on the hotels regular reservation site, and April 5th IS AVAILABLE! But not for me because I had a Dealfind voucher! That is not proper business... This voucher expires in mid-may and I do not have another opportunity to go. What REALLY makes me upset is that I don't even get a response from Dealfind... Not even one person to simply say "we're looking into this"... Total BS as far as I'm concerned. And after that organic butcher scandal a couple of years ago... This is the LAST time I'll be using Dealfind.

Madam, sir,
your phone number does not work anymore. I bought this deal (#130414-1322684-001 - Unlimited Laser Hair Removal) since the end of March and I couldn't yet use it yet, because at this beauty clinic nobody answer the phone.
I left many messages to them, but nobody ever call me back. One time I had someone on the phone, but she told me to call back at 10h, when I call back nobody answered. I cannot call all day long I have a life. I am tired of this situation.
I want to be reimbursed as soon as possible. My phone number is 780-655-2729

unusual sms barred in uninor by trai
My Cell no is 8532065704 Service Provider is UNINOR up west
From Few Days My SMS Out going has been Barred without any reason. I got message from trai when i register complaint to 198.that I am sending Commercial SMS,without any intimation and not for any marketing..
But I have not used that number for any commercial and marketing sms purpose...
Kindly look into the matter and Unbarred the sms sevice.

Dont Buy from Dealfind
I purchased a deal from Dealfind on 28Feb 14 and till date (13May14) I have not received the item. I have been in regular correspondence with the dealfind customer service and theya re giving me a run around to refund my money since their merchant is unable to deliver the product. This is gouching and cheating people not doing business.
Here is the reply from the customer service agent on 21Apr. I recommend that you stop using dealfind unless you have money to waste.

Generally deals are extended for multiple reasons such as; the merchant requesting it due to low purchase amounts and popularity of the deal. Management would like all customers to have the opportunity to purchase this deal without the dissapointment of having the deal expire on them before they have a change to purchase it.

Bottom line Dealfind only wants your money and protects their merchants who want to sell products but do not even have the stock. They place their orders for the merchandise from China after they collect all the money and hence orders are not shipped for months or never shipped at all.
Companies like this should be closed for cheating people. Till date I have not received the product nor a refund.
