did not tell me the real price
I have been ripped off for $800.00, because I went there to get my teeth cleaned, and I thought that would cost me only $50.00. They did not have the honesty to tell me that before I went to have the procedure.

very unsatisfied!
I was very unsatisfied with Vacation Tour & Travel. I have decided to purchase tickets for a cruise for my wife and me. Never before I used inline companies to do such things, and I’ll never will. The price which was stated at first was $600.00 for four days. Then when booking the hotel room, I found out that I would have to pay another $500.00 (!!!) to complete the deal, and I was unable to return my money at that moment!
I have filed a case against this company. It should be shut down!

do not answer the phone! I want my bracelet!
I was suppose to use a voucher to complete my order. They took the payment for the bracelet that I wanted, but the voucher did not work. now no one is answering the phone calls!

Sex Toys - Are you serious??!!
I cannot believe I just opened my email to find a sex toy offer WITH PHOTOS! My daughter is sitting with me as we were going to play one of her internet math games. I am mortified that Deal Chicken would a) offer such a thing, and b) send it with photos! Never ever ever again will I buy a DC offer! This is terrible!

Not what it seems
I ordered something from Dealchicken.com on 10/14 . . . I called on 10/30 to be told I would be receiving it tomorrow. I told the guy I never received a shipping notification email. Here it is 10/31 I called them again just to hear my order will be shipped in the next 10 days . . . PLEASE DON NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I just want my money back . . .

Deal Chicken
Tried to purchase a "deal" (half off gift certificate for a restaurant). There website told me the transaction didn't go through, but they charged my debit card. Repeated attempts to call them (or get them to call me) failed. Did get an e-mail response blaming my bank, and another blaming me, telling me they had "no record" of a transaction with me. Wouldn't listen that they had charged my card. Had to go through a lengthy process with the bank to cancel the charge and am still waiting for the money to go back into my account.
I've dealt with other outfits like this with good results, and have even been able to talk with a human when something went wrong. Beware this place!
