I have purchased a product title as CB-ipodpsp-5. Bank Order No.JEJ82C4M.Product vendor for this order is Dan Trif Group Inc. But the product is defective nothing comes on the screen.When tried to contact -- nothing happens. please help me.

I have paid to Dan Trif Group towards the purchase of a software for viewing world news on PC. The bank order no. is JEJ82C4M. User name is tv876. But nothing can be seen and the software does not function eventhough I have 3mbps seep on my PC. Please help or refund my money.
