web hosting scam
I used their services more than two years and everything was ok, but couple of month ago they changed their servers and since that my website is down. I tried to call them several times to solve this problem, but no response from them. I just wasting my money, do not deal with them!

damnx.us web hosting scam
We had site and domain with them since Aug 11 had monthly minor issues until last week, they changed servers and then site has been down for 9 days, we initially tried to report issue to support but this site was down too (obviously it is on the same server!).
Emailed via the welcome email when we signed up and was told on 3 consecutive days that the site was up when it wasn't - START OF THEIR LIES!
After day 5 we are told to stop complaining as they have zero tolerance, but still fail to provide support.
We reported the matter on digital point as damnx.us sell their web hosting services there and they post we lie!
Then they say we can move domain but it is still locked - they tell us we have to wait 90 days after date of registration ICANN rules - but we registered domain in Aug 11, now June 12!
They then, claim but cannot prove refund - no refund given, delete our web site from their server and steal our domain claiming that we have acted outside of their ToS. These same ToS have been edited recently according to cached records to cover their inability to offer support during the current technical issues.
Damnx.us are liars, thieves and fraudsters, you have to ask yourself is this the action of a professional web hosting company?
