You obviously misread the policy or are lying.

Instead of showing them the coupon policy why not buy the products while you are at it also. If their computers say they cannot accept coupons you are simply out of luck.

Well perhaps you should not have children if you cannot afford them and have to use coupons just so you don't go to the poor house. Seriously stop spreading your legs, learn to say no. That way you won't be a single parent with two small children. Not their fault you can't keep your legs crossed.

unless prohibited by either coupon offer.
Most manufacturer's coupons state that they can not be used with any other coupon or something to that effect.

I looked up the CVS coupon policy and find it telling that the OP only quoted 1 line out of the entire policy which is about 20 lines long.

I just dug out a mfgr's coupon and on the back it says, I put stars around the section that is relevant to this complaint:
LIMIT ONE COUPON PER PURCHASE. ANY OTHER USE CONSTITUTES FRAUD. Void if sold, copied, transferred, altered, prohibited or restricted. Good only in the USA and APO/FPO post office addresses.
**********CONSUMER: No other coupon may be used with this coupon. Consumer pays any sales tax.**********

I wonder if they did that on purpose to make themselves look like they are in the right.

As young as they may be at least they know that there are 24 different time zones, and maybe you can go back to school yourself since you cannot spell his name "Zachary": when it is right in front of you.
I agree Kevin is a rude child, a bully, but Zachary is polite.

Father of tripets/Trevor please don't make fun of my typo as well. Zachary/Zachery same difference. Besides should you two not be out there preying on children like you usually do?

Creates a bad environment to work in
You sound like a nut case. Obviously, your 3 prescriptions that you are yakking about are narcotics. Don't be stupid and turn over all of your 3 narcotic scripts at once. Just give them each month when you need them. I am a pharmacist, and I can't stand when you nutcases go crazy over your Oxycontin. The law is strict about those types of meds so you have to be kind and courteous to whoever pharmacist you are dealing with b/c most of us pharmacists think your type of customers are just plain hooked. If you make it difficult or cause a scene, then the more we don't want to deal with your type and tell you we don't have it nor can we get it in. Those with long term narcotic scripts should choose one pharmacy and get to know the pharmacists on a name basis so they can trust you and give you good service.

mis-information of prescription medication
Just got a refill for Zolpidem 10 mg @ CVS. Gave them the same discount cards as I've given Walmart.CVS charged $39.83. Walmart was $7.43. Big difference!! Since I had transferred it once I would have had to go back to Dr. since it's a controlled substance. Not happy, should have done my research;( CVS is way overpriced!! BOOOO

Simple explanation about yours schutzme...Walmart does NOT specialize in pharmacy...its a DISCOUNT store. CVS is a pharmacy and only a pharmacy. If you want quick service from a discount store, go to Walmart. If you want real pharmacy service, go to CVS.

Rude and Unhelpful Staff
Is this for real? I don't care who or how professional a person is...this is funny. I worked in a doctor's office, pharmacy, hospital and retail pharmacy and if anyone was asked this question, it would humorous and talked about for years to come. Give me a break!

People in general
Yes, this is true. No matter what part of the store you work in-- front-end or the pharmacy, you are not treated as nicely as they'd like the public to think you are. You get yelled at for stuff that someone else did/didn't do, and when you go to remedy the situation so the stuff doesn;t have to just sit there, you get yelled at for putting stuff away in their proper spots. . . even after being asked to do it!!! Several people I know at other stores besides mine are contemplating going elsewhere. Too much is expected from the employees for too little pay.

Very disrespectful employees who should be fired and a manager who does nothing
Maybe your attitude is the problem. They can and will refuse you service if you act up. I work in a Pharmacy and people think it is the local McDonalds the way they act.

It seems it all started the first time when you interrupted when they were assisting a person in front of you. That was rude, and you probably continued to be rude on you subsequent visits. As has been said, they can refuse to serve you, and they did, deal with it and move on.

Bad service
So he is alone, and told you it would take 3 hours (since he was alone) and what? You thought he should be faster and drop everyone else's script to do yours first? We never mind if you want to go elsewhere, but bitching about the wait does not help us go any faster, especially when we are short handed. Yes, we know you want your meds. But we can not just grab shit off the shelf and slap your name on it. I have actually had a patient say that to me.
So good for the lone pharmacist for not putting up with your obvious lack of common sense and understanding.

Discriminatory Unprofessional Treatment
If it was a controlled substance she did what the computer told her. If you filed insurance, she did as the insurance requested. We deal with people who complain all the time about the prior authorizations but if the computer says we need it, we need it. In your case, it could possibly be because you never use the same pharmacy. You said yourself you use different ones. If you are filling controls at different pharmacies, you have probably been tagged. Nothing discriminating about us following the law and doing our jobs.
If you have never heard of a prior authorization, which I doubt, then you need to talk to your doctor who can explain it to you.
