Negative Experiece

Terrible experience. The visual screening process is subjective, meaning if you fail to "look" the part, or if you have any sort of manual labor history that shows anywhere on your arms or hands, CSL will state that you are suspected of being a drug addict and that you cannot donate, no matter if you are in perfect health. There is NO M.D., D.O. or physician on site. Donors are told that one physician overseas all Kentucky centers, and is therefore restricted from donor contact. Donors therefore have zero access to speak with an M.D. (a qualified medical doctor) if they have questions or needs. CSL Plasma employs one LPN, with one year of basic nursing classes on site as the highest qualified person to answer medical questions. CSL Plasma in Lexington is operates in a DANGEROUS manner, and fails to follow FDA standards, regulations, etc. With NO physician on site, donors are “deferred” if they ask any medical questions beyond the knowledge of the staff. If “donors” have an advanced degree, they will be deferred (banned as individuals, fortunate to have advanced degrees, are a risk to business operations – revealing CSL Plasma practices will not happen by those who are desperate for “cash” yet will be disclosed by those donating for altruistic purposes. (Note - The CSL Plasma “donor” visa card, charges for 99% of transactions, equating to donors making much less than advertised.) There are zero options for free transactions, aside from one free swipe per donation. Therefore, donors lose a lot of money to “transaction” fees.

csl plasma do not know whatthey are doing,they get anyone to work for them to keep the money,take to long to undo u,they do not knoew how to put needle n right mess n everyone arm up,they get smart with u,if they have a friend they put them up front,money be leave n your card,someone need to check the staff,wanta be nurses,can not hook machine up right,and blame the person,u not drink n water,they do not know what they doing to many blacks work there maybe that's why it is not run n right
