Fraudulent billing practices!
My niece has this card since July and has no problems with it so i dont know what anybody is complaining about what do you think a card is free no it comes with fees if you did not wabt it you should have never aplied for it it comes out of your credit limit i aplied for one and will be recieveing it shortly but it does build your credit...

Don’t ever use Credit One Bank for anything
They have to be the worst credit card company ever. They charged me the annual fee after I had closed the account. They charge interest daily. I tried to pay off the account but they keep adding on interest daily so you can never actually pay off the account. Its ridiculous.

cannot cancel account
I have try to call and cancel but all they did was hang up on me and i called numerous times to try to cancel because they keep charging me all these fee and i have not use my card in 4 months now. can someone me me out? they are nice but become jackass once they hear the word CANCEL!!!

They are full of tricks to get you to get a credit card from them
It is your responsibility to pay to the correct account #. It isn't the responsibility of the carrier to magically know where to assign the monies.

scam and overcharge
This is a total scam I am so unhappy with their services! They promise you one sing but many problems appeared after you sign in.
They fees are too high and they overcharge you for each service!
I don't want to deal with them and I won't recommend them to anyone!

poor customer service, empty promises
I tried to cancel my account with zero balance during 3 month time and nothing happened, it seems like they don't care of their customers and forget their promises immediately! Poor customer service, I will never deal with them again!

high rates, overcharge, poor service
The credit charges were misrepresented by this back and I received a bill which I didn't expect to receive. I tried to figure everything out, but the service was so poor that they couldn't even explain everything properly. People who are working there is highly unprofessional and they will loose all customers with this!

What happened to this company?
I am no longer able to enter my account! Some Indians took over it! I can not get a normal response, as it is clear as day – they do not speak English well. This used to be an American company, so what happened???

hidden fees
Whatever you do – do not pay them any money! You will regret this, remember my word! They do not specify all the fees, however, as soon as you sign up – you will have your eyes pop out because of the price that they will charge you! Stay away from these thieves!

unauthorized charges
This company is a fraud! Beware and be careful dealing with them! They scam their customers after they got their private information! They keep charging my account without any notice and reason and at the moment I am unable to contact them and to prevent these charges because they totally ignore me.

fraudulent charges
I was illegally charged by this company! Couple of months ago I took a loan from them and I paid all fees straight away. Couple of days ago I found that I was charged by them again. I contacted this company but at the moment my complaint is ignored and I received no reply from them.
Consumer, be careful with Credit One Bank - my complain is not the one!
