no customer service at all
I purchased an asus tablet from them and when I received it I found that there was no charger. I tried to call them many times and left several text messaged but they never replied or called back. This seems to be a scam! Buyer, beware!

Beware and better stay away from this company!
Stay away from cowboom.com - it is just another scam! Purchased several items from them but never received my order. No any customer support service! Beware and better stay away!
