the plants they sell are dead
After ordering some strawberry plants which didn't live I asked for a replace. They replaced with the others and they didn't live as well. I lost about $50 on those and they refused to refund since it was a year since my initial order, although my last received plants lasted only 3 months. Do not allow them to replace, just send the dead plants back for a refund! Or you're not getting anything, like I didn't!

Flowering Patio Tree
We ordered this plant early in March to be delivered, because of the growing season needed, during the first week of June, which it was. However, when it arrived, it was half dead and spindly. I called Cottage Farms, and one of its less ambitious employees told me not to bother trying to revive it. It would be a fruitless effort. Wow, and that from one of their own employees. How would that spokesperson who goes on QVC to rave about their plants, shrubs and flowers feel about that?
Also, since what we ordered was supposed to be exactly what he was showing on the television, I'm assuming this was a total scam, i.e., that he had several plants tied together in a single pot to look as if it was one abundant plant when, in fact, it is spindly, and that's being charitable, and looks like a Charlie Brown Christmas Tree. They are too delicate for ANY climate. When it did finally bloom, the flowers blew off from a 10-mile-an-hour wind, or maybe even five.
Don't waste your money. You will be disappointed and aggravated.
