They haven't refunded me anything!
Signed up wit hthem for their 14.95 dollars per year deal and they have charged me $262 !! I wrote the cancellation as per their advise and nothing happened. They haven't refunded me anything!

Cancellation Failure
Coolhandle's on line forms have no effect. Only phone number posted is for tech support and they won't help you with billing.
Emails are answered with pass the buck answers which lead in a circle to where you started. Are stealing $95USD from me monthly.
