Scammers!
I paid almost $300 to get a free website. The website was not so understandable and was not easy in use. I did not like it, so I decided to get a refund, however, each time I wrote an email to the customer support, I only got an automatic message back, saying that the customer service would contact me soon. That id not happen for a long time. I tried calling the technical department, but they told me to contact the customer support…again. So I’ve been trying and trying for weeks now and do not know if I’ll ever get a refund.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

SAME HAPPEN TO ME. ONLY I WAS CONFUSED ABOUT THE PRICE. IT SAID 10.95 A MONTH. THEY TOOK ALMOST 300 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I IMMEDIATLY CANCELED.I'VE BEEN WAITING 14 DAYS NOW.I GET THE SAME RESPONSE EACH TIME."YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WHEN REFUNDED. THIS IS NOT A CONFIRMATION."I DON'T THINK I'LL EVER GET MY MONEY BACK EITHER.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!THERE ARE TO MANY OTHERS OUT THERE.

FRAUD!!! SCAM!!! LIARS!!!!
They promised a money back guarantee with no questions asked, to produce a website for me. They gave a customer service number to call 866.200.2828 for a refund with no questions asked, if we changed our mind.
When I called to ask for the refund, they started making excuses, claiming that they could not process the refund on their end and told me to go to their website, log-in and do it myself. When I tried to do that, the password was not accepted or was not working. I tried several times to re-set the password but never got an email from them with the new password.
I called customer service a few times telling her that I never did get an email with a "password" to get on the site and cancel it myself.
What a RIP OFF!!!

rip off cool handling web
cool handling took 74.95 and 24,95 out of my checking when it wasn't supose to,they took it out fist of July,was to be done until Oct, I want to cancel, they won't give it back, first person I talked to in cancelations and returns agreed with me it shouldn't have been taken out and would credit my account. I was happy,But she never did any of that and the confurermation number was a lie!! now steve says he can't refund it! Why why why???
