pure liars
These people are just plain liars!! They hide facts from you and they lie all the time. They don't tell you that you have only 2400 minutes available, any minute above the allowed 2400 will cost you 10 cents per minute. They do their utmost to keep you with them and not allow you to take your number to a different provider. Buyers beware and do not use this business!!!

Beware
phone service sucks having trouble with one of my phone called did not the help they said they would have tec support call with in 24 hrs never did call again same thing so they send my a Sim card called the lady had know idea about it phone would not ring said she would call me back in 10 mins never did i will call one more time to see if they can fix it if not iam done will go to another company if you are thinking about consumer cellular DONT

poor customer service, fake information
This company has poor customer service, I received fake information about my problem when I called them. No support and help from their side. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

Did not receive my phone!
THIS COMPANY TOOK MY PAYMENT FOR A NEW PHONE, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! THEY COME UP WITH SOME SORT OF EXCUSES AND WON’T ANSWER DIRECTLY!
