Comwave

About 6 months ago I switched my phone, internet and tv service over to comwave. I guess I got sucked in to comwave's great deals they were advertising on tv. What a huge mistake. Instead of having my services switched over I ended up paying for two providers. Comwave told me not to worry about it they would contact Bell and make sure my services were turned over. Never happened. Every time I called them about the problem they pretended they had not heard about the problem and I would be left on hold for over an hour every time which was exhausting. When a representative finally did take the call they would take down the info and say "let me send you over to a supervisor" each time after that there was a longer wait. So many time I had to hang-up because I was too tired to wait any longer. I have a difficult and strenuous job. When I get home from work the last thing I should have to do is wait on the phone for hours for nothing. Nothing was ever done and had never been done. I am still trying to fix this mess. It has cost me over $700.00 so far.... and I got NOTHING. They kept charging my credit card over and over again. So I had no choice but to block the payment of the bill. Within three days I received a notice from Comwave that my services would be disconnected, and they were the next day. So now even though I was paying two providers on time up to this point I get cut off. The scary part was that when Comwave cut my off they put their notice of nonpayment and cancellation directly on my computer so that I was unable to use it at all. I called Bell and they immediately hooked me up with all services within an hour. Not too difficult to do since nothing had ever been switched over. Comwave is a very disorganized and fraudulent company. They do not care at all about the service that they provide. They are liars and they are bullies. I would never recommend Comwave to anyone. Don't make the same mistake I did. You will most certainly regret it.
I have read the posts here about Comwave and I have to wonder how they continue to get away with this. They are literally openly stealing from people and getting away with it. It is a real shame....If I had of done my homework I would have known that "The owner and founder of Comwave was just released from Federal Prison after serving a two year sentence for defrauding the public of more that $3 million dollars when he founded Comwave in 2004." .
