I never post bad reviews, but wow! What crappy customer service. I did not get a package delivered, even though I had the correct address, and was charged a "re-stock" fee of $11. The customer rep was very rude and told me I had to do the math for how much the fee was. I would avoid doing business with them, if you can.

Worst customer service
Trying to call customer service to return unopened socks for refund. Besides being very rude you are NOT allowed refunds on certain brands even if not opened. Then when I had to get exchange they sent wrong size & said that is what I ordered. I have had to pay return postage twice & was also charged for postage for the socks they sent as exchange! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! GO TO ANY OTHER WEBSITE. Amazon sells same socks & have way better customer service.
