waste of time and money

This is the worst cable company ever! I used their service for a while and it was the must horrible experience. High quality service was never provided as it was promised, I contacted abut this their support center but I never received any response on my claim. Service was never improved and when I cancelled my contract they tried to overcharge me for that without a reason.
Beware and don't waste your time with them!
