PLEASE don’t do any business with COATMALLS!!!
I have purchased 2 coats from COATMALLS, a China company at the end of october. I thought, it was The real Canada Goose company because they don't tell they are not. In fact, they are counterfeiters. I returned back the 2 coats ( that wasn't the ones i had ordered and pay the post fees Canada to China)..Wich is very expensive but Winnie ( an employee of Coatmalls) told me i would be refunded for all. They didn't refund me back and that person WINNIE YINGSHI, e-mailed me a few times in the name of coatmalls. They didn't pay me even if they received the 2 coats!!! Since 2 weeks, she doesn't answered back my e-mails and nor coatmalls. Here i am on this site telling you to not make any business with COATMALLS!!! I also discovered that coatmalls are on the site of Canada Goose because they are counterfeiters.

Does anyone know where this Winnie is located at. They should be shut down because not only is it counterfeiting it is theft I have not received my refund either

I ordered a coat to be delivered to England from Coatmall... I paid $107 and when I received the jacket the zip didn't work and the toggles on the hood were also broken. I contacted Coatmall who have ignored me continuously. I have repeatedly sent them email but they will not deal with my faulty goods. I am now out of pocket with a broken jacket and the frustration of the worst customer service I have ever received. This to me is Theft! No one should ever purchase from this company.
csreason where as unhelpfull as coatmalls... I think they are in it together!

does anyone no how I can get my money back? does anyone no where Winnie is located in China so we can file a complaint in China?
