unauthorized charges

I purchased a Software from CNET.COM and I paid for my order straight away. After I paid in two months I found that my account was overcharged extra $50 and when I received my order I also found that one program was included which I never purchased. I contacted this company about that problem and asked for a refund but they refused me without a shame and any explanation.
After such experience I would recommend you to avoid any business with them!

Tech service fraud

I do not have the log of the calls I made.at the time of payment, I was promised help for computer related issues. I was lured into this by one Jack Parker and Victor Phone 1-800-750-6584 and 1-877-778-1751. Except once sometime in October my experience has been very poor, the word poor does not describe my problem. One Mr. Daniel was the person who helped me the first time and thereafter Mr. Mike Jacob comes on. He must be a very nice person but he is unable to find a resolution of the issues. On 14, I called for assistance from <r. Daniel and was told that I will be called back in half hour that was around 2.30 PM and now it is 2.45 pm on 15th. The receipt I have is only a plain sheet of paper and there is no terms and conditions except what I was told. I was told that even if I change the computer, the service will be lifetime and for that I was charged twice the amount! I know I will not see the shadow of the money nor any service. Caveat Emptor (buyer beware) stares at me. My e-mail sent yesterday remains unanswered! THERE ARE PERHAPS MANY SUCH 247 HELPERS. I am frustrated and humiliated for being taken for a costly ride. May be others have a better experience. My hope is that those who read my note will be warned and does not face what I am facing. PLEASE PUBLISH THIS.
