Worst company and worst customer service

Worst comapny ever i have seen. I ordered 3 dresses from club factory and there is a size issue as well as the material is also worst so i contacted Customerservice through chat as they dont have contact mumber for non indians. I asked them how should i return the product they asked the reason so i said i have size issue as well as the material is also worst so they said i have to bear shipping charges as well as compensation. I dnt knw why should i bear compensation. Than i asked them to give me club factory credit they said we dont give credit. Guys please make sure you dont buy from club factory as they dont give refund.
