Fraud of purchase item

I had purchased 10 item order placed on 10.02.18. of rs 2195.34. out of this 9 item are delivered but one item of rs 825 are not given. When I call to customer care no they ask for my detail of debit or credit card no , back side pin no, and otp for another transaction from my account instead of refund of above amount to my account no of paytm Ballance from where i paid the amount. I also complain in consumer forearm .and claim for compensation
