ERP Software login issue

Recently, I bought an ERP system from cloudgeta. I've heard the name of this company from many of my friends, that their services are best, their customized erp are best from all the available erp on the market. So, I also bought one for my School/Institute business. I worked very well with no issue for first year, but i renew my plan for another year. And Iogin for the first time on new subscription, it shows me wrong user name or password error again and again. I complaint about this to the company. They virtually access my system and then fix the issue. Thanks for them now its working perfect form the past 3 years.
