Terrible service

Cincinnati Bell Fioptics very poor customer service .Have been on the phone for 2 to 3 hours to fix cable issue,never resolved. Also,telephone lines to service are not easy to reach.Warner Cable is better service ,more responsive.When service dept was contacted it took 5 days tfor a service person to fix system.
