Horrible customer service worse Internet service

Cincinnati Bell Fiber Optic speed was great for a year plus. In September, October of 2018 despite an increase in speed the service has been very slow, crawling slow, and service drop outs. Despite numerous phone calls and visits by techs were still having issues.

Last week I was talking to a supervisor overseas he was aggressive, rude stating this was my fault and called me a liar. It’s always the same. Tech support reads from a script then suggests a visit from a tech while trying to upsell us to a mesh network, more access points, cost 7.99 plus $49.00 for install plus tax. I get constant conflicting information with phone tech advisors and visiting techs on WiFi speeds .

It takes several days to get a tech to the house. Last appointments are 3-6 PM. The last 2visits we waited for 3 hours. They show up at 6 PM and are in a rush to go home and still nothing works.

Last drop out was 24 hours just after I was insulted by the tech from overseas. by phone last week. Makes me wonder if it was deliberate. Regardless we work out of the home and lost days of work.

Recent phone calls were 12-17-2018- 12-26-2018. Calls began in earnest Nov. 6, 2018.

Great speed when it works worst client services ever.
