Over charges and Under-delivers

I switched from the cable company to Fioptics from Cincinnati Bell and what a huge mistake that was. Paying for 100Mbps and only averaging 9Mbps to 15Mbps. I made a huge mistake making the change CinBell over-charges and way under-delivers. Secondly if you have a home theatre the quality of audio is horrible. It sounds very tinny. I have never been more disappointed with a service provider. Don't get caught up in the commercials that claim the fastest speeds because it is a total lie. I willnever spend a dime with them again. Customer service was not helpful at all either. Total Joke!!
