RIP OFF!!
Bills for existing patients, Creates non-chiropractic categories I hadn't requested (they say it was 'standard' to include Acupuncture, Decompression Traction, Massage and Pain Management) to get unrelated calls to bill for. Bills for wrong-calls. Calls with no appointment made were billed. They HIJACK your already existing listing on other listing sites and direct it to their website and phone number. Charged for an Inquiry only call ("Do I take Medicaid? - No, I don't"). Charged for an inquiry wanting Acupuncture, on Workers Comp from a town 40 miles away, no appointment made of course. Charged for an inquiry of only asking for hours of operation by an Auto Body Shop, no appointment made. Charged for an existing patient inquiring to his up-coming appointment. Charged for a call requesting pain Management (I don't do injections or Pharma's). Flatly does not work with accepting errors they've made. Continued to bill after request to discontinue was made. Customer Service is non-existent self-service and rude when you finally get someone.
