Please Help Me Get My Cable Fixed And A Credit I Deserve

Bad service
tech was suppose to come out today to hook up my home phone at 12 noon no show its now 4pm and still no show when i spoke with there customer servive rep when placing order i did let her know that i did not have a cell phone or a home phone that i was using someone else phone to place my order she said that was ok she took my order for the bundle package and said someone would be out on friday at noon so i waited and waited and no one showed. yes there bad business all day long thinking about going back to time warner,

The guys billed me for 6 months of Internet usage when I don't owe a computer! They never could eplain the charges but kept raising the bill. What a scam!!!

Scam artists!
They are total liars! Stay away from this company! I signed up with this internet provider, and had to pay $35 per month. After they put the internet it turned out, that they are going to charge me $85 each month! I was not aware of this sum, and did not see it anywhere in their price list! Of course I cancelled my subscription.

worst provider ever!
Beware of this Internet Provider! I was highly unsatisfied with their services, they overcharged me almost every month, changed the price line without any notice and never made a discount for a bad service, what happened quite often! Beware and stay away from this scam!

I will never recommend this company to anyone! 100% scam! They never provided offered services and never did a partial refund for problems with their services! This company simply doesn't care of their customers and absolutely ignores all problems.

pure robbery
About half a year I signed up for their services. Everything was OK but for the last time they started to charge me extra without any reason and notice. I tried to get a refund for this unreasonable charges but I was ignored. then I tried to cancel the subscribtion and I was overcharged even more for the early cancellation.
I will never recommend this company to anyone after such robbery!

This company is just a bunch of cheaters! Their business is cheaty, be careful! They took away my favourite channels and made them digital after I refund them to buy a digital box. So that way they forced me to do that. Be careful and better find more reliable company!

overcharge for no services
I used their services for a while but time ago I cancelled them because I found them not suitable for me. After services were cancelled, more than two months this company overcharged my account without any reason and my permission. I tried to contact them but I was ignored and they didn't refund my money. Beware and better avoid their services!

I used their services for years and after my negative experience I would never recommend this company to anyone! Charter Communications is a complete scam, after two years of our contract they offered me a discount on the package I've used but actually they just increased the price. They acted like it has to be like that and overcharged me when I cancelled our contract. Beware and better don't use their services!

Avoid these guys at all costs!
Avoid these guys at all costs! I don't have Internet connection for two weeks already and these guys simply are not planning to fix anything. I am calling them and getting the same answer every time - that they are aware of the problem and they are working on it. Today I managed to contact a local technician and turned out that there's no problem with the network and we just need to check our own modem. This is just ridiculous. Beware of these guys, here are the details:
