Robbery is Robbery and does not matter if it happened in the past because it still means that the incident took place. I believe you took so long was because (1) You never knew about this site (2) You did not want this crook to get away (3) You were perhaps tired of sitting around and doing nothing
I will join your group and it appears you need some momentum for your complaint-don't worry the affiliates of this site will spread this message about this crook far and wide. I am sure He will not get away no matter the length of time that has elapsed. Justice has a way of being very circular-what goes around often comes back around.
