Fraud and scam

I agree, chacha is a scam, I got several emails telling me how well I was doing, I had a 95.2 percent answer rate when the required amount was 60 percent, I had a 100 percent quality rating, then all of the sudden I got a email saying my account was deactivated for fraudulent searches, I was provided no proof of any wrong doing, I sent several emails and never received a response, I never was rude, racist, or broke any rules, I tried to be the best guide possible and took the job seriously, I tried to answer every question with a appropriate answer and my name was tarnished because of what, I don't even know because still to this day chacha has not provided me with any information other than my account was deactivated, that is very unprofessional, who accuses someone of fraud, basically fires them and doesn't even say why, I am contacting my state labor board at the end of the week if I have not received a response from them by then, I also may contact the media !!! I want my money !!!
