These guys are simply the worst

These guys are simply the worst. I have moved to this town and can't get these guys to provide me the service. They are denying saying that the network is exhausted. In the same time they have set up the service to my neighbour a few days ago! I called them up and the lady said no problem we'll provide the service. Well, guess what, the day before the arranged date they actually called me and redirected me to a voice mail which said that they are unable to provide the service because of the... exhausted network!
Absolutely awful.
