Cancellation

February 27 I placed an order for a screen protector for my Samsung Galaxy Express 3. When I went to check out I realized I was charged $5.99 for shipping. My order amount was $2.99. I immediately called to cancel. I was told order had been placed and they would refund the amount of $8.98. As of this time April 10, 2017 I have not received the refund. I have tried calling the customer service number and was on hold for 20 minutes with no results. I am very unhappy with Cellular Outfitters and want to spread the word. they can not be trusted! I not only did not receive what I ordered and cancelled, but they have my $8.98 for nothing. I will report this to the better Business Bureau.
