Outrageous shipping

Shipping was to be free, supposedly. Even when submitting order there was no shipping charge. My credit card was charged an extra $43.80. This new total didn’t show up until the next day. When I tried to cancel the order they said they would refund the shipping. I have yet to see a credit. WHO PAYS THAT MUCH FOR STANDARD SHIPPING!!! I won’t be ordering from them again. At least overnight my order for that costs.
