Outrageous shipping fees and Non-existent customer service
“Cellular Outfitter is intentionally deceptive about their shipping charges. You don't see what that cost will be until you hit the Submit button. However - they list a few options to choose from - Standard 4-7 days (no cost listed), Priority 2-3 days (no cost listed), then 2nd Day which does list a cost, and Overnight - also listed with a cost. So I chose Priority figuring it would be a couple of dollars at the most - since after all, the item weighed LESS THAN 2 OUNCES!! As soon as I hit Submit, I saw that the shipping cost was going to be 95% of the cost of the item (!!), I immediately tried to cancel the order using three avenues. First was an immediate direct call to the listed customer support number - which puts you on hold endlessly (I put it on speakerphone but hung up after 20 minutes on hold). At the same time as I initiated the Support call, I also submitted the online Contact Us form, and an email to their listed support email address marked URGENT. NOTHING happened. I waited until the following morning but still no order confirmation AND no email regarding any of my contact attempts. So I called again. this time, after several minutes I was routed to a voice mailbox, so I left a message stating exactly what happened and telling them to cancel the order, and asking for confirmation when this happened. NOTHING. No email, no call from Cellular Outfitters.. UNTIL...late that afternoon when I got a shipping notification!!! WTF!! I see by other online complaints that I'm not the only one to go through this. I just received the item today and I don't care that it will cost me more to ship it back and that I'll lose the original shipping cost on top of that, it's going back! Lesson learned - I will NEVER buy from Cellular Outfitter, and will tell everyone I know how horrible their customer service is...or rather, how they don't HAVE customer service at all! One final rant - they of course, immediately sent an email when I initiated the RMA (return) - how ironic. Complete Satisfaction, my@ss!”

Misleading - Stay Away!
Do not purchase from this company. I put in my shopping cart a few Blackberry priv accessories, and the order came to a total of $20 something. During checkout the page listed three shipping options, with only one showing an additional cost attached to it, causing me to think the other options were free. I was so wrong! After confirming the order details and on the final page where you submit payment (which lists the shipping option I chose but still no cost for it) I submitted payment and boom, when the order confirmation page popped up I see a shipping charge that more than doubled the cost of the transaction! $26 shipping on a $20 order. I immediately tried cancelling but they never responded to my online form submissions, and it took me several attempts to call over a few days to get a hold of someone who then cancelled the order. Stay away from them!
