wrong order, no exchange or refund
I purchased toys for my cat from this seller. I paid for offer which promised me second toy for free but I received just one toy and it was different from item I purchased. I contacted this company for an exchange or a refund and I was ignored, they never provided me customer service after I paid them.
Beware and better don't buy from Cat's Meow!

Doubled charged
I went to the website to order the TV's "Buy One and Get One Free" offer. After hasseling you with other offers, they get your Credit card information, and then suddenly you get the "Thank you for your order" page without any double check on what you ordered and no "go back"....So, I was charged for 2 Cat's Meows. It advertises for $19.99 but there is a $15.90 P&H charge. So in my attempt to get this $19.99 offer, I'm being billed $71.78. When I immediately and frantically searched and finally found a phone number to try to immediately cancel the order, a man said that I couldn't cancel the order until the next day. The Customer Service is VERY difficult to access and the number that is on the Website is just a menu voice. It's very difficult to access a real person. This may be a good toy for my cats but it may be a SCAM to get your Credit Card number and send products that you didn't order. I will continue to try to cancel my order; but I suspect I'm going to get 2 Cat Meow's in the mail and then have to pay shipping to send them back and then have to try to get my money back.

Triple charged for order
Ordered Cats Meow on line, 2nd one free. But they trick you into ordering more. You think you are confirming your order for two but you are actually adding two more orders to the original one so I ended up getting 3 orders of two.
There is also no phone number to call to cancel. You don't realize until check-out the amount of the order but at that point the order is already complete with NO WAY TO CANCEL.

Get Cats Meow Toy
.On TV was an offer that you get two of these toys for $19.99. When I went on the website and ordered, it charged me for two sets. I could not stop or delete the order!!! I will be calling my bank to stop payment first thing in the morning!! This is a disgrace!!

Cats Meow...en double achat.
Comme la majorité des autre plaignants, le site pour commander CatsMeow et conçu pour que les clients achètent des jouets en double don, deux acheter et deux autres gratuit mais il faut aussi payer le transport 4 fois pour ces jouets.
Il est impossible d'annuler ou bien contacter un préposé pour modifier la commande don ils ont structurer la page pour vendre en double...
Touts les gens qui vive ou ont vécu de ces problèmes devraient faire comme je ferai suite à se message, contacter le distributeur qui a vendu l'espace publicitaire à la télé et aviser de l'arnaque de se distributeur de CatsMeow car pour moi, je ne visionnerai plus ces stations et les autres commerçant qui font de la publicité à ces stations en paieront pour ne pas voir leurs publicités.
Si touts les gens font plaintes aux station (télé) peut être qu'un jour il n'y aura plus de ces techniques vicieuse comme le fait CatsMeow.

double charged
I just placed an order for 1 cat's meow. I received the confirmation page and am being charged for 2 toy's @ $71.78. Places like this that do things like this are why I very rarely order anything on line. I am upset that this has happened. This looks like a very nice toy for my cats and I really wanted it, but now I feel like I am going to be going around in a circle and being overcharged on my credit card for this item. Upon calling the customer service line, I was told that I would have to wait at least four hours to get any information on my order. Very BAD business practice. I see another complaint posted here for the exact same problem as mine. If this has happened in the past why are you continuing the same shabby practice????

Ordered one set of Catmeowtoy for $19.99. They add $7.95 shipping and then trick you into ordering a second set. I do not want 4 of these toys and do not want to pay these extra charges. No phone number listed to talk to anyone. Only phone is to order these toys and you cannot talk to a human! Please help!

Idiots!
This is classic good idea gone bad in the hands of wanker marketers.
Fair price and shipping - no problem. But the 'suddenly youve just paid for double the order + insane shipping" is just downright stupid. Like nisaak and others have said.
Calling credit card co. first thing and cancelling - totaly jackasses. Could of made a fortune, but all this negative feedback and word of mouth. Bad karma dudes

I ordered 2 Cat's Meow toys in July of 2013. After my very sedantary cat played with it a few times it stopped working properly. After we checked the motor, we found a default in it and now it doesn't work at all anymore! There is no phone number to call to get a replacement so needless to say, we are very disppointed in the expensive product.

Poor Quality and Deceptive advertising
I, too, got tricked into ordering two sets of Cat's Meow but decided to keep the second one. The first one stopped working in under two weeks time. I then tried the second one. It runs for about 2-3 minutes before coming to a halt. Wait 15 minutes and try it again. It works but only for about 2-3 minutes. Tried another pair of fresh batteries with it and came away with the same results.
Cat's Meow is a great concept. However, like millions of past failures in the marketplace, this one fails for shoddy quality and deceptive advertising. I really wish the manufacturers were good people. Too bad they aren't.
Made In China, I'm sure, has everything to do with the horrible quality. I will be returning my set in under the 30 Day Warranty.

I purchased one of your Cat's Meow toys for my cat for Xmas. The cat really enjoys playing with it, the only thing is the quality of the wand. She has already chewed off the red wand on it to almost nothing, and it wasn't even chewing. One bite and it was gone! It is very poor quality!! What is your return policy? I am going to try to return it to the store where I bought it, but in case, can it be returned to you prepaid. I am not paying shipping to return it. Hopefully you will recall these and come up with a better resolution to the material of the wand. Thankfully she didn't try to swallow these pieces and choke!

WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!!! The cats meow is a true disappointment. Unfortunate because my cats wants to play with it. The products lasts a few days or a few weeks if your lucky. I called customer service and because it was not purchased on the website they will not back up the product. I was told that I could provide them with a credit card number. WHAT!!!!!!!!!!! Why on earth would that help me......... What a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They could care less that I was completely unhappy. Do not bother to buy a new one. That was my initial plan. After several I searched for customer service. I would have known sooner it was a junk product with no backing by cats meow.

I purchased cats meow - my cat absolutely loved it...to the point she shredded the cover within three and a half wks. I decided to pick up a "back up" because the motor was becoming "sluggish" even with new batteries. The 1st one died out and I moved to the back up. That one didn't work at all.
The die hard I am - knowing how much my senior cat enjoyed the first one- I didn't give up- I purchased several more in hopes that at least (1) would work like the first........to no avail.
Since I am dealing with a reputable business - they credited me for my purchases and said that I was among many who returned this product.
Time to purchase only products manufactured in Canada and the USA - more quality driven.
