I was trying at the Cash Store for two days was sent home today because I wasn't retaining the information to well. I was thought to believe that I would be an Assistant Manager. The trainer didn't think I was retaining it all! It was a lot of information to absorb all at one time! So she suggested to fire me today! She did that because the other lady that was training with me will probably be the Assistant Manager so she doesn't have to go to another Cash Store! The training was not explained too well! But my comprehension was not the total issue. Kylie's presentation wasn't all it was cracked up to be! My comprehension was not as bad as her presentation! I honestly regret taking the job at the Cash Store! In fact, computers should be updated, training should be at least two weeks and a better presentation the we received! I admit my situation wasn't that great but I did the best I could retaining info that was on a different plain! I felt like I was slow or something was wrong with me! Bottom lie, the courses presentation should have been delivered in a more professional way and yet a question and answer session with each chapter in the book! I wish you all the best and myself the position that is taylor made for me! Perhaps, God has something more instore for me! As well as something better for your organization! I wish you all the best!
