they claim for a loan which I never got
Beware of Cash Advance USA!! It smells like a scam!!!
I got a call from Cash Advance USA and they said that I got a loan from them about $300 and I need to pay for it straight away. I didn’t take any loans and I checked my bank account many times but I couldn’t prove it to them. I told them that I’m not going to pay for something unknown and after that they keep calling me but everytime they became more rude and try to press me. Last time they called like an officers and harrased me. I’ve changed my number and bank account but I’m still scared what if they call me again?
Be careful we need to stop them!

a telephone scam
One of them called me up telling he's an attorney and I'm late with repaying some loan. He states that it's an offense and I'm gonna be taken to court. He then put me on hold for a few minutes for as he said discussing the matter with the client. The number he was calling from is 2812038131. Then he came back and said I need to give him credit card details so it doesn't go to court. I was really scared, but later on I discovered it's a fraud thanks to Internet!! Don't even pick up the phone if they call you!

They are liars! Dont give thm a dime! Tey called me claiming I owe them $275 but I have never took any loans neithr from there or anywhere else online! Stay away from them and dont trust them!

These guys have hired a law office which contacted me AT WORK stating I owe thousands of bucks. I don't owe them so that was exactly what I said, this law office was quite rude and hung up on me. What nerve!

I receive harassing phone calls from this company, people who are speaking with me are extremely rude and asking fro money which I never took from them. I don't know what to do, people, beware of this scam company!

Want to sue me, because I "did not pay them money"
They keep calling me and telling that they will sue me because I owe them money. I have always paid right on time, and they sent me messages that they received the payment and everything is ok. Now they want to sue me for $4000! I do now owe anything to this criminals, and I will prove it!

these guys are liars
I've received a call from a California based number recently. The guy said he's calling from cash advance USA. Then he proceeded to lie to me that I have an unpaid loan. I don't have any loans. Beware of these liars, they are trying to scam innocent people!

Tried to scam me
I have been contacted by a so-called representative of this company, who threatened me that he will send police over to my house, or worse – to my workplace where I would also be embarassed, because I owe them money. I told him to – Go ahead, and he hung up.
I can’t believe how many scammers are there.

harassing phone calls
I keep receiving harassing calls from this company. For the first time they just offered me their services but now after I refused they keep calling me and forcing me to become their customer. This is against customer rights and policy but I can't get rid from their calls. Beware and be careful with them!

I have received a call and a man told me that he is suing me for $500.00 that I owe him, and that I better send him the money or else. I never borrowed or was suppose to pay for something to him. Beware of David Marshall!

Do not use their services! This company is a complete scam and they steal money from people and never provide purchased services. This happened to me when I asked about cash advance and received nothing even no customer support service. Beware and better stay away from this company!
