scam and con artist
You were turned down by the lending company because you did not have a driver's license and were told you could have the loan when you got the license. You and your sister purchased the vehicle and you told the dealership that it was going to be kept in your sister's possession, who had a license, until you got your license situation resolved. Instead you took the car and drove it over 700 miles without a drivers license. You then told the dealership that instead of holding the vehicle until you got your license, you wanted them to take the car back because it was going to take awhile for you to get your license. Although we did not have to take the vehicle back, the dealership agreed to help you out. But we are not in the business of letting people purchase a car, lie to us, drive it over 700 miles, in a week, and then return it for a full refund. We only charged you the costs we incurred which were additional detailing, mileage, prep of all documents, cost of pulling your credit reports, and the loss of revenue due to the additional miles. You were only charged $260.05, for mileage, half what the normal rate would be, and $170 for all other charges, totaling $430, not $700.00. When you came to our office, we discussed the charges with you and cut them in half to help you out. We are very disheartened that you feel you have been taken advantage of, but feel we went out of our way to assist you in this matter.
