Bloomex Florist

I live in Canada and ordered a beautiful Christmas Tree arrangement to be delivered to my daughter in Vegas. It cost me $178US.
What she received (I have a picture), looked like it was from Walmart for $4.99. Unbelieveable. I tried calling Bloomex to complain but kept getting cut off (probably because it was a complaint), but finally got through after being on hold, and I kid you not, for 1/2 hr. The guy I spoke to was very pleasant and assured me I would get an email saying I would be refunded in full. I even told him they could go pick up what they delivered to my daughter so they could see it. Weeks went by and no refund. I called again this week and spoke to someone who was passing along my complaint. I received an email, not even a phone call, to say that because I waited more than 10 days and had not sent in a picture, that they would do nothing!!! I will NEVER use this company again, and if you are smart you won't either.
