Sexually Explicit Commercial
I have already filed a complaint with the FCC, everyone who wants to do something about these dumb commercials, go to FCC website and file a complaint, it's very easy. I of course believe they should rate commercial and previews because both are bad. This way none of them can bypass our set rating limits. :)

The commercial with Kate Upton advertising the new hamburger is so inappropriate and offensive as a women. Carl JR. has lost our business as a family!

I agree. I filed a complaint this morning with the FCC. Young children are exposed to soft porn on prime time television. My family and several of our friends have had enough. We also have decided against Carl's Jr and Hardees in the future.

Horrible service! Wrong food
Wow! Have gone regularly to our local Carl's Jr in Murrieta on Murrieta Hot Springs but NO MORE!! Ordered 2 hamburger's , one with no onions. As they were handed to us we asked " no onions on one"? He said "No! No onions". Drive back home and there were onions on both! Had to drive back. They insisted on only replacing one and keeping the original one (no compensation for us having to drive back there to redo the order!) So we ended up with cold fries and a cold hamburger and to top it off! The one they redid had no onions but it was some mushroom hamburger! I am allergic to mushrooms! Never ordered that and ended up throwing out all the food and going to Toco Bell! Will NEVER go there again! They have lost a regular customer and I will be telling everyone and posting on Yelp and all other review sites I can find! Also! No receipt! 5:30PM Thursday evening 10-29-2015
