unautorized debit to bank account
on 11/1/2011 you debited my account for 50.00--wm ezpay 322662231 and also for 546.37--wmezpay 322550056--i did a 1 time pay for 25.00 on nathan t. harris 11151 state hwy 145 clanton,al before this but you did these other 2 without autherization have been trying sense then to resolve this and get my money back to no avle--could you please help. I merely wanted to change my deceased husband's Dillard's elite card to my name. Your Indian responder gave me no satisfaction and in fact denied my claim. JC Penney Rewards/MasterCard
In June of 2012 my credit card statement included a section stating that my rewards ($10.00) had been redeemed and should be mailed to me. This never happened. I called for the next three or four months trying to get the reward certificate. Customer service was horrible, I got a different story every time, they were totally useless, unless creating frustration was the goal! I had even told them I should cancel the MasterCard, they had no problem with that ; that means I am not a valued customer and frankly my dear they don't give a damn! Is there anyone who cares about their business? Customers don't get what was promised and there seems to be no one in customer service that understands anything. All I want is my $10.00 award certificate for purchases at JC Penney store, hopefully before they go out of busness. I really hope you can offer a resolution, I am so frustrated at this point my faith in GE is going down, even though I am still holding on that someone somewhere will offer a resolution.
