unautherized charges
Yesterday facebook notified me that someone might have hacked into my account so I went thru the prosess of changing my password. Checked my bank this morning @ 8 A.M. 10/1/13 and there were several charges that I did not authorize.
9/30/13- $15.40,$25,$49,$10.04,$39.57, 10/1/13- $76.83. Please correct AS SOON AS POSSIBLE !!!! I have NO MONEY IN BANK TO COVER THESE CHARGES. PLEASE HELP !!!!

charges on my creditcard
i just put my money on my credit card to pay my phone bill and i couldnt because you all had taken all my money for some charges that i didnt purchase it has happened twice i looked at my creditcard and in september charges came off my card at the time i thought the charges was for my bills and in october it was again right after i deposited money thats what made me inquire about my card and i need all my money back i do not make facebook purchases under no conditions.i already contacted my credit card company give me my darn money .thank gloria hawkins.

unauthorized charge
On October 21, 2013 i had a unauthorized charge of $104.98 cents that I did not authorize. Please credit my card back the money or there will be a stop payment thru my bank. Thanks for your cooperation. i can be reached at 596-932-7002 and note I would never allow $100.00 at one time on my card.

billing error
Two days ago I noticed two charges by Facebook, that were incorrect. They were both for 19.99 & was taken two times, one right after the other. I e-mailed Facebook was advised they were sorry, for the error, & they would return this money to my account. I checked my account & it was still there, as well as another charge for 10.00. All three charges were dated 12-1-13. Now I have been charged by Facebook for $49.98, with no credit returned, as they told me it would. Please send me a response ASAP. yes i was charged $9 dollars on 11/2013 and $62.50 dolars and 50 cents on on 11/29/2013 and $65 dollars on 12/2/2013

Just got off the phone with my bank about the 400.00 you have pending to take from me. If it is not returned I have signed up to process a frad charge on your company. I was at work that day and no way would I spend 400.00 on Facebook! I can't believe all these unauthorized chages I read on here. I will no longer buy any more deals on here for you to get my card number again! I very disappointed person here.Very sad how you steal money from people.

Hey any one Home here! Still haven't heard from you all about my 400.00! But did hear from my bank. It is still pending in my bank but hasn't gone thought. But my bank has deposited the money back. So now it's up to you to REMOVE you stolen charge or if it goes though their will be changes brought against you! And maybe a few more seeing all this stealing that goes on here. Yet no one can talk to you. When you call. Just have to keep posting on this site. What a joke this is!
